At NovoLink, we manage our retail and wholesale VoIP traffic in real time, monitoring vital statistics from our state-of-the-art Network Operation Center (NOC) 24x7. With real-time access to up-to-date information, we are able to route our VoIP traffic based on quality – not just availability. So you’ll always have access to reliable VoIP routes backed by the knowledge and insight our highly qualified technical team.

Plus, we manage our traffic and traffic patterns from each customer and to each destination — which provides valuable insight to the overall heartbeat of our network. By providing this comparative analysis, we are able to help customers identify if they are experiencing problems on their own network. But we don’t stop here. We also track each leg of every call from its origination point to its termination point — analyzing call progression along the way. In addition, we can report on individual calls or statistically group calls into one of fifty cause codes to effectively determine how and why calls are failing — thus helping our customers save hundreds of hours of troubleshooting time.
