As part of our industry-leading Traffic Management System (TMS), NovoLink continually
monitors the quality if all of our termination routes by measuring performance metrics
for each U.S. and global end point. In order to offer VoIP service that lives up
to our high standards, NovoLink only supports and offers routes that meet or exceed
industry-standard completion ratios and average call durations.
